From the moment you walk through the front door of the Inchview Hotel, you are instantly aware that you have entered a professionally operated, quality establishment with a most welcoming & friendly atmosphere. This impressive 12 bedroom hotel, which was built during the early part of the 19th Century as two separate private residence’s is located in the Fife town of Burntisland on an enviable waterfront position overlooking The Firth of Fourth with views towards the city of Edinburgh. With a growing reputation as one of the areas finest hotels, having just recently been awarded by the AA a quality score of 79%, making the Inchview Hotel eligible for a 4* rating, the hotel offers the discerning guest a perfect base to explore the wealth of breathtaking scenery and attractions nearby. Fife is home to many picturesque fishing villages that are doted around the coast, and surrounded by towns such as Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Glenrothes plus the home of golf St Andrews. Edinburgh itself is only a 30-minute train ride across the famous Forth Rail Bridge or 40 minutes by car.

Originally built as two private Georgian town house’s; then latterly converted to a hotel, The Inchview Hotel benefits from an extensive refurbishment programme which has seen upgrading to all of the 12 en-suite rooms, public rooms & grounds. Our clients have invested heavily over recent years in the refurbishment having paid close attention to quality and detail throughout. All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with good quality furniture & luxurious soft furnishings that gives each room a homely feel yet offering all the little extras that you would expect in a fine hotel. The high standard achieved in the bedrooms continues in the public areas, including the impressive hotel bar, providing a wide selection of wines, ales, beer’s & whiskies. Accessed from the upgraded reception area, the delightful Links Brassiere Restaurant with waterfront views caters for 32 guest’s, making it the perfect environment to enjoy the fine cuisine on offer. To the right hand side of reception is the Douglas Room, a pleasant room with exposed stonewall to one side; catering for 20, this room is ideal for private dinning or as a guest sitting room.

Whilst a good level of corporate, tourists, sporting & local trade is currently enjoyed at the hotel, which has resulted in impressive profit levels, our clients advise, now that strong foundations have been laid for new owners to build, the business is set to continue growing to impressive levels over the coming years ahead. Now that the development of the hotel is complete and finished to a quite exceptional standard, our clients believe that now is the correct time for them to step aside and allow for new owners to take the business to a higher level of trading. Enormous potential exists to create a first class establishment, with all the commercial & personal benefits, which flow from the successful operation of a quality hotel.
